Garnet abrasive sand is a natural abrasive for blasting application. The harder species of abrasive garnet such as almandine is used for abrasive purposes with a hardness on the Mohs scale of about 6.5 to 7.5. Once extracted, garnet sand is washed, processed and screened to the necessary abrasive grade for use as an abrasive media. It is recommended for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Shipbuilding & Repair, Metal fabrication, Civil Engineering

Packing option, we offer two types:

1. 1 Mt bulk bags (Jumbo bags)
2. 25 kg HDPE bags (x40), inside a 1 Mt Jumbo bag
